      To wife Anne Smith, extx., Slaves: Moses, Nancy, Ned, Isaac, Abraham otherwise called Abe, Peter, Nan, Bett, Rate, Vick otherwise named Victoria, Jem otherwise called James and Anne.
      To son Henry Smith, slaves: Clement: otherwise called Clem, Francis commonly called Frank, Hannah, Judith commonly called Jude, Jacob, two children of Vick otherwise called Victoria the one named Gregory and the other named Sarah, Young Kate otherwise named Catherine and Bennet otherwise called Ben.

Dorothy and the survivor of them to enjoy the same.
      I devise two parcels of land on the main road from the dwelling house of Samuel Hanson, merchant, to Bryan Town, the one of 75 acres, the other of 90 acres to my wife Ann Smith and dau. Dorothy Smith,
      "I Whereas my cousin Benjamin Smith and myself took up two parcels of land of 20 acres adjoining the land purchased by Charles Green from Wm. Digges and others, I give and devise my right -to said Benjamin Smith.
      To son Henry -two tracts in Port Tobacco in Charles Co. being part of a tract called Chandlers Hills and part of another tract called Welcome devised by Roger Smith my brother dec'vd. to his wife Henriettta now the wife of Ignatius Wheeler for her life and after her death to me, which land I am in possession of by assignment or contract by said Ignatius Wheeler to Jere Aderton.
