Jean Joachim Toujan & Jeanne Bertrande Antoinette Corrège - October 26, 1810 at La Barthe de Neste. The year one thousand eight ten and the twenty sixth day of the month of October at nine o'clock in the morning, before us Bertrand Duffo municipal deputy of the commune of Labarthe canton of Labarthe department of the Hautes Pyrénées acting as an officer of the civil status in the absence of the mayor, appeared the twenty-six-year-old sieur Jean Toujan, a plowman domiciled in the town of Labarthe, section of Mour major son of the sieur Alexis Toujan and of Marthe Carrère his wife here present and consenting and young lady Jeanne Bertrande Antoinette Corrège minor daughter assisted by lady Marie Louise Malaplate her mother her father having died as it is noted by the death certificate issued in Montoussé the first of the current; which required us to proceed with the celebration of the planned marriage between them and whose publications were made in front of the main entrance door to the common houses of La Barthe and Montoussé the first on the seventh day of the month of current October and the second the fourteenth of the said month of October following as is justified by the certificate of the Sieur Pène mayor of the aforementioned commune of Montoussé of the aforementioned eighteenth October. No opposition to said marriage having been served on us granting their requisition, after having read all the documents mentioned above and of chapter VI of the title of the civil code entitled of marriage, we asked the future husband and the future wife to 'they want to take themselves for husband and wife, each of them having answered separately and in the affirmative, declare in the name of the law that Jean Toujan and Jeanne Bertrande Antoinette Corrège are united by marriage. Of all this we drew up an act in the presence of the Sieurs Pierre Malaplate aged sixty-five farmer domiciled in the town of Montoussé uncle of the future, Guilhaume Malaplate aged forty-eight, carpenter domiciled in the town of Mour, Joseph Lay aged fifty-two years old farmer domiciled in the commune of Mour friends of the parties and Timothée Toujan aged twenty three years brother of the future farmer domiciled in the section of Mour, who after it was read to them signed it with us the contracting parties the mother of the bride and the father of the groom.

The year one thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight and on the twenty-second of October at four o'clock in the evening, before us Joseph Dasque, mayor officer of the civil status of the town of Montoussé, canton of Labarthe, department of Hautes Pyrénées, appeared Saux Laurent, sixty-six years old and Berbizier François Piqué, sixty-four years old, farmers living in Montoussé, neighbors of the deceased, who told us that today around three in the morning, Jeanne Bertrande Antoinette Corrège, elderly of sixty-one years wife of Jean Joachim Toujean, legitimate adult daughter of the late Corrège Jacques Sylvestre and of the late Marie Louise Malaplate domiciled in Montoussé when lived, died in the Toujean house
