      Grover C. Davidson, 78, of 1724 Lake Avenue, Whiting, IN, died Thursday, Mar. 19 at his home. A self employed barber he had been a resident of Whiting for the past 38 years. He was born at Neoga, IL. He married Frances Elizabeth Storm of Ash Grove. She survives. Also surviving are three sons, Robert of Whiting, IN; Edward of San Lorenz, CA; and Charles of Phoenix, AZ; two daughters, Mrs. Janeace Williams of Houston, TX and Mrs. Dorothy Vanderveer of Texas City, TX; a brother and three sisters; ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday, Apr. 2, at 9:00 a.m. at the Schalter Funeral Home in Whiting, with the Rev. Theodore Stoerker officiating. Graveside and burial services were held at the Ash Grove Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. with Kenneth Monson, minister of the Windsor Christian Church, officiating. Windsor Gazette - 5 Apr 1962
