      sleep at his home. He was 35 years old. He is the beloved husband of
      Helena Veeder Artigues. Beloved father of Christopher Troy Artigues, Jr.
      Beloved son of Averil Escaig Artigues and the late George Louis Artigues,
      Jr. Brother of George Louis Artigues, III, Lyn Nell Artigues Mumphrey,
      Andrea Artigues Arnold, Sean Patrick Artigues and the late Sherrill Leigh
      Artigues. Also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews. He was dear to
      heartbroken long-time friends and relatives. Relatives and friends of the
      family are invited to attend the funeral services at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL
      FUNERAL HOME, 701 West Virtue Street, Chalmette, La., on Thursday,
      December 6, 2001 at 10:00 am. Visitation will begin on Wednesday from
      6:00pm until 10:00pm and on Thursday morning from 9:00am until the time of
      services. Interment will be private.
