    Obituary Charles Cassidy Gremillion of Covington, LA died on Friday, Jan. 14, 2005 at his residence. He was the son of the late James Gremillion, former Louisiana State Attorney General and Mary Cassidy Gremillion. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth Ferguson Gremillion, father of Charles C. Gremillion, Jr. and daughter-in-law Anne L. Gremillion of Palm Springs, CA, Anne G. Trufant and son-in-law David S. Trufant of Brevard, NC, the brother of Betty G. Ratcliff and Frances G. Hains both of Baton Rouge, and the late James Gremillion, Jr., Lucille Gremillion and Msgr. John Edward Gremillion. He was the grandfather of Catherine and Grayson Gremillion, Elizabeth, Sarah, Andrew, Adam, John, Jeffrey and Joseph Trufant. After obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola University, Mr. Gremillion served as a Captain in the Army Air Corps during WWII. He was a partner with Liskow & Lewis, served as a Research Fellow of the Southwestern Legal Foundation in Dallas, TX, and as President of the New Orleans Bar Association. Active with the New Orleans Archdiocese, he served on the Board of Trustees of both St. Mary\'s Dominican College and Loyola University of the South, and was instrumental in establishing the Catholic Foundation becoming its founding president. He was a member of St. Peter Parish, Holy Name Society, Knights of Columbus, a Knight of St. Gregory and a recipient of the St. Louis Award. Mr. Gremillion, was 84 years of age, a native of Crowley, LA and a resident of Covington for the past 30 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Tues., Jan. 18, 2005, at 11:30 A.M. at St. Peter\'s Catholic Church, 125 East 19th Avenue Ave., Covington, LA. Visitation from 10:00-11:30 at the Church. Interment will be in St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of St. Tammany, 1202 S.
