After Sebastian death, his widow married Benjamin Moreno. In June 1837
she petitioned the Mobile County Orphan's Court to partition the tract
of land lying on the west side of the Tombeckbe River, at Twenty-One
Mile Bluff, and award her the share that had originally been left to
Sebastian, Benjamin, who, in turn, had been the heir of Valentin
Dubroca; the petition identified the surviving brothers of Benjamin at
the time of Valentin's death, as being Maximilian, Hugh, (Eugene),
Eli, (Hilaire), and Bernard.
